The work outlined is seen as holistic and designed to support
the areas for development raised following a scoping meeting with
the Headteacher and/or senior managers and Governors. Although
identified as individual priorities, the work should be seen collectively
with each aspect helping to inform future planning and directly
impacting upon the whole School Improvement Agenda.

Evaluation frameworks to review the performance of leaders in their diverse roles against threshold standards in order to both support the Headteacher in the collation of evidence to make decisions in relation to performance and in addition, to focus on the impact of leaders and managers on learning, teaching and school improvement.
Support in evidencing pay progression and the role of staff with Teaching and Learning Responsibilities.
Analysis to review and support the performance of teaching assistants in developing their roles. This work can be closely linked to the national the standards of Higher Level Teaching Assistant. Our aim is to enable senior managers to focus on the specific role of individual teaching assistants and their impact on the learning process.
Supporting Subject Co-ordinators to effectively lead and promote their subject specialism in order to raise standards and further enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
