If clients are to solve problems, respond to issues and lead and manage change
then they need to be able to think how they can do this successfully and repeatedly.
This process provides a framework that can be used to help clients structure
their thinking about a particular problem. The approach reduces the tendency
to 'rush to a solution' and enables the client to consider their situation more
reflectively.
Rushed solutions often ignore the real problems underlying the issues, the
Process Consultant will provide clients with a framework to structure their
thinking about the ways in which they perceive problems or identify solutions
or ways forward.
