Following each visit a Note of Visit is produced. (5 working days).
At the end of the consultancy a final report is produced to the agreed format. (10 working days).
CiE Director contacts client to: -

Ensure report has been received.

Clarify any outstanding issues.

Request evaluation in relation to the work undertaken.
